Compliance Analyst (Compliance Analyst I)
This position performs entry-level to routine (journey-level) auditing of licensing applications to determine completeness and compliance with laws and regulations, specified in the Texas Insurance Code and the Texas Administrative Code. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Employees at this level may rely on direction from others to solve problems that are not standard. Employees may also occasionally assist others in performing work of greater complexity.
