Program Specialist III (Open Records & Litigation Support Specialist)
Performs complex (journey-level) consultive services and technical assistance work. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Work involves collecting, organizing, analyzing, and preparing materials related to open and closed investigative files related to open records requests. Work also involves providing internal and external customer service and performing internal administrative support work. May provide guidance to others.

Additional job details:
This position requires regular work attendance. The ideal candidate must be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours.
