Tea Barista

Overview
We are recruiting a team of passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our shop at Columbus Circle, NY.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a love for tea and enjoy interacting with people, this role is perfect for you.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation and handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow the brand's standard operation procedure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
