Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for preschool children.
• Foster a nurturing and creative classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.
• Assess and track children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and administrators.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, hygiene, and safety on a daily basis.
• Support with cleaning duties within the nursery environment to maintain a healthy and organized space.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development and program activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development initiatives.
• Uphold nursery policies and maintain a professional appearance in the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Previous teaching or childcare experience (preferably in a nursery/preschool setting). Freshers are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Commitment to child safety, hygiene, and well-being.
• Flexibility to work as per company requirements.

Employment Details

• Working Hours: 12 hours/day (flexible, with overtime when required)
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
• Additional benefits as per UAE labor law.
