<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to diverse learning needs, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills.
  • Create a positive classroom atmosphere by applying effective classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
  • Engage with children through interactive activities that promote childhood development and early intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor student progress, prepare assessments, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Incorporate Montessori principles or other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences for preschoolers and toddlers.
  • Facilitate standardized testing preparations and tutoring sessions to support individual student achievement.
  • Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student performance, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with educational standards and child welfare policies.

<Requirements>

  • Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
  • Experience in special education or early intervention programs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and team members.
  • Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and social skills.
  • Familiarity with Montessori methods or other specialized teaching approaches is a plus.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience.
