Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher (All Grades) to join our Academics Department. The ideal candidate will inspire students across primary, middle, and senior levels to express themselves through visual arts, develop their creativity, and appreciate artistic expression as part of holistic education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging art lessons tailored to different grade levels.
• Teach a variety of artistic techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, crafts, and digital art.
• Foster creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students of all ages.
• Organize and supervise school art exhibitions, displays, and creative projects.
• Support school events and initiatives with artistic contributions (e.g., stage design, props, event décor).
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Prepare lesson plans, art materials, and resources in alignment with the curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into interdisciplinary and STEM-based projects.
• Encourage appreciation of local and global art, culture, and heritage.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards in art activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in teaching art (experience across multiple grade levels preferred).
• Strong artistic skills with knowledge of various art forms, techniques, and media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents.
• Ability to inspire creativity, confidence, and artistic appreciation.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with art-related educational technology and digital tools (preferred).
