Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher Primary Years to join our Academics Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English language teaching, experience in engaging young learners, and the ability to foster creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication skills in students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
• Encourage creativity, comprehension, and critical thinking through literature, storytelling, and project-based learning.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student confidence and self-expression.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Prepare lesson plans, resources, and classroom displays to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary activities and ensure a well-rounded learning experience.
• Use technology and modern teaching resources to enrich classroom instruction.
• Maintain classroom discipline through effective management strategies and positive reinforcement.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
• Strong knowledge of English language pedagogy and child-centered teaching approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents.
• Ability to create engaging and student-friendly learning environments.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and interactive teaching tools.
