Teacher Assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Assistant to support our Pre-K to Grade 5 classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Class Teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help with learning tasks
• Help create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Support classroom management and supervision during lessons and activities
• Assist in preparing teaching materials and maintaining a well-organized classroom

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience working with young children or in a school setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
