Duties

• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to support students with varying needs, including those with disabilities or autism.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure individual growth.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to support student development.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
• Participate in curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational offerings.

Skills

• Strong background in special education, early childhood education, and childhood development.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management.
• Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies tailored for diverse learners.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or other innovative teaching approaches is a plus.
