We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher-Infant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote early literacy, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development tailored specifically for infants
• Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring each child's safety, comfort, and individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism
• Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and a respectful learning environment
• Collaborate with families to communicate progress, developmental milestones, and any special education or early intervention needs
• Incorporate Montessori methods and other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences
• Conduct regular assessments aligned with standardized testing where appropriate to monitor developmental progress
• Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that include physical education, sensory activities, and early childhood education best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, especially with infants or toddlers
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tools
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Background in special education or experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable
• Certification in early childhood education or related fields preferred; Montessori certification is a plus
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment in compliance with childcare standards
