Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to successfully launch and grow

the PG Diploma in Online Teaching vertical.

● Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of the curriculum,

ensuring it aligns with industry standards and prepares educators for success in online teaching

environments.

● Team Management: Build and manage a team of content creators, instructional designers, and

technical support staff to deliver exceptional educational content.

● Partnership and Collaboration: Foster relationships with educational institutions, technology

providers, and industry experts to enhance the program's offerings.

● Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest

standards of online education are met.

● Marketing and Enrollment: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute

strategies for promoting the program and driving student enrollment.

● Student Support: Ensure comprehensive support services are in place for students, including

academic advising, technical support, and career counseling.

● Performance Monitoring: Regularly review program performance, student feedback, and market

trends to make data-driven decisions and improvements.

● Program Management: Oversee all aspects of program delivery, including course scheduling,

student enrollment, academic advising, and quality assurance.

● Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and generate

reports to assess program success and identify areas for improvement.

● Product Vision and Strategy: Define a compelling vision for the product and develop a strategic

roadmap to achieve it. This includes aligning with company goals and understanding market

trends

● Market and User Research: Deeply understand the target market, customer pain points, and

competitive landscape. Use diverse research methods (surveys, interviews, data analysis) to

drive product decisions.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and

support teams to translate product vision into successful execution and launch.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualification

● Any degree preferably PG / B.Tech or B.Ed . Online teaching experience is an added advantage .

● Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech or any educational institutes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
