Teachers- infant/Toddler & Preschool

Are you passionate about early education and making a difference in the lives of young children? We’re seeking a caring and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to join our Early Learning Program, working with toddlers and preschoolers to nurture their intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

Your Role:

• Plan and lead engaging daily activities using creative teaching methods (stories, games, art, outdoor play, etc.)
• Support children’s learning and development in alignment with CT ELDS and DOTS
• Promote both logical thinking and social interaction
• Provide basic caregiving and maintain a safe, nurturing environment
• Regularly assess developmental milestones and communicate progress with families
• Uphold NAEYC and CT OEC policies and procedures

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in child care or preschool setting
• Degree in Early Childhood Education (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) or related field with ECE credits
• Strong understanding of child development and modern teaching strategies
• Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
