Overview:
Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking an exceptional creative lead to shape the future of our corporate graphic apparel business. This role combines creativity, collaboration, and technical prowess, serving as a bridge between our external branded partners, our internal buying teams, and our Team Edition production facility, ensuring product leadership in the space through the development of innovative graphic art.
Responsibilities:
- Set trend direction and ensure that artwork produced lives up to both brand and banner standards. Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and buying team briefs into compelling product graphics and narratives.

Act as the key point of contact, facilitating communication and collaborating with the brands, the buying team, and Team Edition.

Supervise a small team, including a graphic designer and a production artist, responsible for both artwork creation and production. Support with additional graphic creation as needed.

Lead concept-to-execution efforts: ideation, prototyping and sampling, and final brand pre-production approval. Manage timelines and adjust prototypes through iterative refinements to align with aspirational design intent.

Ensure that developed artwork provides differentiation in support of each banner’s unique positioning and target consumer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field (or equivalent), plus 8+ years of product-focused graphic apparel design experience

Mastery of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, with strong sketching, illustration, typography, color theory, and repeat pattern design skills.

Skilled in 2D tech-pack creation, with knowledge of garment construction.

Experience in 3D design platforms and digital spaces (e.g., 3D CAD tools).

Familiar with textile printing processes and translating digital art to physical products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to articulate design intent clearly to both internal teams and external collaborators.

Benefits:
The annual base salary is $ 140,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
