Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Jubilee Life Insurance Company Ltd. in Lahore. The Team Head will be responsible for leading and managing a team, setting team goals, developing strategies, overseeing operations, and ensuring team performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Decision-making and Problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
