Team Lead – WAVE (Call Center | Islamabad)

Job Summary:
WAVE a leading U.S.-based call center, is hiring an experienced and energetic Team Lead for our Islamabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of agents to meet daily and monthly sales/verification targets.
• Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to enhance team performance.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Handle escalations efficiently and maintain a positive, professional floor environment.
• Track team KPIs and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with HR and QA to ensure continuous team development and retention.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure smooth campaign operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of Team Lead experience in a call center/BPO (preferably U.S. campaigns).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and performance tracking tools.
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. timings).
