Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. The role focuses on selling courier and logistics solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate and SME clients
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts to ensure retention and upselling
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of sales officers/executives
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and SOPs

  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
  • New account acquisition and revenue growth
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels
  • Sales team productivity and performance

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in courier & logistics.
  • Proven experience in B2B / corporate sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
