Job Title: Team Lead – Digital Sales (Fanfiction, AO3 & Creative Platforms)

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Team Lead – Comic Art Sales to manage and guide our sales team in targeting and engaging potential clients across creative platforms. You’ll lead a team that sells services like custom illustrations, comic development, character art, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead an on-site team of sales reps engaging with communities on FanFiction, AO3, and similar platforms.

Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close sales across different creative communities.

Train, coach, and support your team to ensure high conversion rates and strong client relationships.

Monitor daily sales activities, track KPIs, and report team performance.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align offerings with community demand.

Maintain high-quality customer interactions and follow-up procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in digital/creative sales or community-based selling.

At least 6 months of leadership experience in a team lead or supervisor role.

Hands-on experience using FanFiction, AO3, for engagement or sales.

Strong communication, team management, and closing skills.

Ability to work on-site during the morning shift (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM).

Passion or familiarity with fan art, comics, or online creative communities is a plus.
