Job Description:
PRG is hiring a Team Lead – AR with strong leadership skills and experience in medical billing. The candidate will oversee AR operations, lead the team to achieve targets, and ensure smooth claim processing and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the AR team.
• Monitor performance and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee claim submissions and follow-ups.
• Resolve billing and reimbursement issues.
• Improve team efficiency and processes.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Medical Billing (AR).
• Previous Team Lead/Senior AR Executive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
