Job Opening: Senior Business Developer

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our Team of dynamic People in Lahore. If you're ambitious, strategic, and deeply familiar with the U.S. healthcare market (in particular, Medical Billing and RCM), we’d love to speak.

This position require native level English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the capacity to maintain long term relations with clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the U.S. healthcare sector

· Promote medical billing and RCM solutions to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers

· Conduct client meetings, present service proposals, and close sales

· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention

· Monitor industry trends and competitors to drive strategic business growth

· Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare or BPO industry)

· Native-level English communication skills (spoken and written)

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
