Team Lead – Business Development (Medical Billing)

Location: Lahore
Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

Information Process Solutions (IPS) is looking for a results-driven and experienced Team Lead – Business Development (Medical Billing) to lead outbound sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team within the healthcare domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and team leadership, along with a solid understanding of the medical billing industry.

Major Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation

• Lead and execute cold calling and outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and target potential clients in the US healthcare / medical billing sector.
• Drive pipeline development and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise, mentor, and manage the business development team.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Train team members on sales techniques and objection handling.

Client Engagement & Conversion

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Analyze results and implement strategies to improve conversions.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of the Healthcare / Medical Billing industry.
• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound B2B sales.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and analyze sales data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.

Other IT Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using Outlook, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Ability to manage data and maintain structured records.
