Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Content Management to lead and oversee content operations across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience managing bilingual content (Arabic & English), and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring high-quality content delivery aligned with government communication objectives.

This role requires expertise in content governance, editorial quality, digital engagement, workflow planning, and performance management.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Resource Management

  • Lead and manage allocated project resources including Stream Leads, Editors, Publishers, Social Media Specialists, and supporting teams.
  • Assign workstreams and coordinate deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor team performance and provide status updates, issue tracking, and escalation management.
  • Mentor existing team members and provide structured onboarding and training for new resources.

Content Planning & Editorial Management

  • Develop publishing plans and content schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate content creation and review processes across internal and external teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact between CLIENT stakeholders and project teams.
  • Conduct final editorial review and approval of content and creative deliverables.
  • Apply corrections and editorial enhancements to maintain quality standards.
  • Create and write content in Arabic and English and update published content when required.

Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Perform content quality assurance and ensure adherence to editorial standards.
  • Review existing platform content and recommend updates or improvements.
  • Identify and report technical issues impacting content performance.
  • Ensure compliance with:
  • Editorial Guidelines
  • Accessibility Standards
  • Internal Frameworks and Policies
  • Content Governance Processes

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define measurable KPIs for content quality and delivery.
  • Track content effectiveness and optimize outcomes based on performance metrics.
  • Generate and implement innovative ideas to enrich platform content.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and performance dashboards for CLIENT management.
  • Ensure adherence to approval processes and stakeholder governance.

RequirementsExperience

  • Minimum 15+ years of professional experience leading content teams and managing editorial operations.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume content workflows and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with government entities, public sector, or digital government platforms is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing bilingual content (Arabic & English).

Pay: Up to QAR25,000.00 per month
