Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a voice process team focused on alumni data collection, outreach, and enrichment.
  • Monitor and drive team KPIs including productivity, accuracy, call quality, and turnaround time.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance efficiency and team motivation.
  • Manage daily dialer operations and CRM updates, ensuring all call logs and reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts) for performance monitoring.
  • Conduct training sessions to strengthen communication skills, process adherence, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success, Tech, and Operations teams for seamless project execution

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling within a voice or data operations process.
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Proven ability to manage performance metrics and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
