Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a voice process team focused on alumni data collection, outreach, and enrichment.
- Monitor and drive team KPIs including productivity, accuracy, call quality, and turnaround time.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance efficiency and team motivation.
- Manage daily dialer operations and CRM updates, ensuring all call logs and reports are accurate and up to date.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts) for performance monitoring.
- Conduct training sessions to strengthen communication skills, process adherence, and overall performance.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success, Tech, and Operations teams for seamless project execution
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling within a voice or data operations process.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Proven ability to manage performance metrics and motivate teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
