Team Lead – Digital Marketing

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and guide our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies across multiple channels while ensuring team performance and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team (SMM, SEO, Performance Marketers)
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize performance
• Monitor KPIs such as ROI, conversions, CPC, CTR, and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with design, content, and development teams
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in team management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills (Plus):

• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
