Team Lead – Laravel & Next.js

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in Laravel and Next.js to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, guide developers, ensure code quality, and contribute to architecture decisions while remaining hands-on with coding.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of backend and frontend developers.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Laravel and Next.js.
• Define technical architecture and ensure best development practices.
• Review code, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Plan sprints, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Conduct technical interviews and support team hiring when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
