Team Lead / Manager – Sales (UK Energy Campaign)

Location: DHA III, Lahore. | Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a Team Lead / Manager to oversee our UK energy telesales campaign. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in energy or utility campaigns, and the ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a telesales team working on UK energy campaigns.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure high performance across the team.
• Provide coaching, training, and daily support to agents.
• Ensure compliance with UK energy sector standards.
• Handle escalations and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of telesales experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in UK energy or billing campaigns (preferred).
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Fluent in English, target-driven, and results-oriented.
