Experience: 4–6 years in Medical Billing (with leadership experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of Medical Billing professionals in our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise in US medical billing and strong leadership skills to ensure smooth team performance and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and guide a team of AR callers and billing executives
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
• Provide training, feedback, and performance reviews
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of claims with payers
• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving complex issues
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure process compliance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Stay updated on payer regulations and billing best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Any graduate (Life Science or Commerce background preferred)
• 4–6 years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to train and motivate team members effectively
• Proficiency in billing tools/software and MS Excel
