OBSS is looking for a Team Lead to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advanced models, generate insights, and design scalable solutions that drive real business outcomes.


Main Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers within the regulatory reporting domain.
  • Coordinating the review and maintenance of existing regulatory reports
  • Driving the automation of manual and semi-manual reporting processes.
  • Overseeing the preparation and delivery of regulatory reports (BDDK, MASAK, TCMB, etc.) accurately and on time.
  • Supporting ad hoc reporting needs from business units as well as regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring the monitoring and reliability of daily ETL processes on MSSQL.
  • Guiding data engineers in enhancing datamart structures for new reporting requirements.
  • Establishing and enforcing documentation standards, reporting guidelines, and data quality procedures.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders for regulatory reporting needs.


This role requires hands-on regulatory reporting experience , strong SQL expertise , and proven leadership capabilities within the banking sector.


Qualifications / Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role .
  • Strong knowledge of MSSQL and reporting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, set priorities, and deliver results under strict deadlines.
  • Solid SQL skills (queries, joins, views, stored procedures).
  • PL&SQL is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Excel/Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience in data validation, data quality checks, and control processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and enforce documentation such as data standards, procedures, and reporting guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in hybrid/agile environments is a plus.
