Role Overview
We are hiring a Team Lead – Academic Counselling for our Creative Edge vertical (design, architecture & creative entrances). The role involves leading a team of counsellors to drive student engagement, ensure conversions, and deliver an excellent counselling experience aligned with Toprankers’ mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors to achieve targets.
• Drive student engagement with effective counselling practices and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth resolution of queries and seamless journey from inquiry to enrolment.
• Review team performance, provide coaching/training, and foster accountability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and academic teams on aligned strategies.
• Track metrics, analyse gaps, and implement improvements to boost conversions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years’ experience in academic counselling/student engagement.
• 2+ years’ experience leading counselling/sales teams.
• Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven approach; EdTech experience preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
