Job Title: Team Lead – Sales Agent

Working Hours: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Ravisn LTD is seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Team Lead – Sales Agent to support our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. The role involves identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients, including importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and SMEs
• Develop targeted lead databases using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online directories
• Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
• Understand client shipment requirements (origin, destination, cargo details, timeline, budget)
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Sales Manager or management team
• Collect and document shipment-related information accurately
• Maintain and update CRM or Google Sheets with lead activity
• Track progress and submit weekly performance reports
• Conduct consistent follow-ups until conversion or disqualification
• Coordinate with operations and quotation teams for pricing and execution

Candidate Profile:

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• 1–8 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer support, logistics, or B2B sales is preferred
• Candidates with logistics industry experience will be given strong preference
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication
• Confidence in handling calls, WhatsApp, and digital communication channels
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling
• Organized, disciplined, and able to follow SOPs and scripts
