Shifts: Rotational (9 hrs) | Offs: 2 days/week
Salary: PKR 70,000 - 90,000

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Team Lead – Social Media (Fintech) to manage social media operations in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have call center experience, practical knowledge of fintech, and the ability to lead and coach teams for performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a social media support team, ensuring policies and KPIs are met.
  • Motivate, coach, and evaluate team performance.
  • Manage shift schedules, allocate tasks, and resolve escalations.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaigns, analyze data, and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Engage with online communities and manage content calendars.
  • Stay updated on fintech trends, digital payments, and social media tools.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications (or related).
  • 2+ years’ experience in Social Media Management.
  • 1–2 years’ Team Lead experience (BPO/Call Center).
  • Hands-on knowledge of fintech or digital payments.
  • Strong communication & people management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Flexibility for rotational shifts.
