Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the social media team.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to achieve business goals.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Previous team leadership or management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other social platforms.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
