Job Brief:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant/ Team Lead with 4 years of experience in Accounting and prefer to have at least 2 years of experience in an accounting consultancy firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have team leadership experience, a strong command of V*AT and IFRS standards, and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously. Knowledge of payroll systems & WPS*

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting functions for multiple clients across various industries.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Advise clients on tax strategies and business structuring for optimization.
• Oversee payroll processing and WPS/EPS administration.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business valuations, and financial analysis.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE-based accounting consultancy.
• Proven team leadership and client management experience.
• Strong understanding of VAT, IFRS
• Hands-on experience with payroll, WPS,
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
• Educational background in CA, CA Inter, MBA, or equivalent
• Familiarity with accounting software Skills:
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
