Team Lead - Supply Chain

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Material sourcing and procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials supporting Telecom Infrastructure, Optical Fiber (OFC), Pipe & Civil Works, Cloud, Managed Services (MS), Data Center, Network, and Enterprise projects.
• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including demand planning, Purchase Requisitions (PRs), RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, Purchase Orders (POs), contract administration, and vendor performance management.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, timely delivery, contractual compliance, and business continuity.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, value engineering, spend analysis, and identification of alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate Operations, Cloud, Managed Services, Data Center, Finance, and other stakeholders to align procurement activities with business priorities and project timelines.
• Monitor material availability, procurement performance, supplier KPIs, inventory optimization, and procurement risks to ensure uninterrupted operations and successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegated authority, contractual obligations, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal/external audit standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Materials team by assigning responsibilities, managing workloads, monitoring performance, and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, spend analysis, supplier performance reviews, KPI dashboards, and management information to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements, digital procurement initiatives, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, governance, and overall supply chain performance.

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA or Relevant
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent Presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Lead Generation & Negotiations skills
• â Proposal Writing (RFP/RFQ)

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
