- Act as a strategic HR partner to business and functional heads, supporting organizational objectives through effective people management strategies.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Drive the implementation of HR programs that foster employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Monitor and optimize key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate experience.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

HR Analytics & Technology:
