Team Lead (TL)

Dany Tameerat Pvt. Ltd., a renowned leader in Pakistan’s real estate and construction industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead (TL) to manage and guide our Business Development Associates (BDAs). The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in real estate marketing or financial products, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on real estate projects.
• Train BDAs in client handling, lead generation, pitching, and closing techniques.
• Monitor daily performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
• Foster a results-driven environment while maintaining high levels of motivation within the team.
• Engage directly with high-value clients and support BDAs in closing deals when required.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to align strategies and optimize lead flow.
• Prepare and present team performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales with a successful track record; experience in real estate marketing or financial product sales is highly preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: PKR 65,000/- per month (negotiable based on experience).
• Commission: Attractive team and individual performance-based commission with earning potential of PKR 150,000+ per month.
