Team Lead – Travel Agency Projects (UK & US)

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 per month

Job Description:

IJ Technologies is looking for a Team Lead with at least 3 years of proven experience in the travel agency industry, specifically handling UK & US travel projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of travel processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team handling UK & US travel projects.
• Manage daily operations including bookings, reservations, and client communications.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Train, motivate, and guide team members for better performance.
• Achieve sales and service targets as defined by management.
• Collaborate with international clients and partners for business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency environment (UK & US market).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Proficiency in GDS/Travel software will be a plus.
