Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong background in sales, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Set clear sales objectives and performance expectations.
- Monitor daily sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Handle escalated customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and support lead generation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the Sports industry or Apparel field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic action plans.
- Proficient in using POS Machine and software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
