Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of travel agents, providing direction, guidance, and support.

2. Monitor team performance, productivity & adherence to company policies & procedures.

3. Train new team members on booking systems & company processes

4. Handle escalated customer inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution

5. Guest Handling

6. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals.

7. Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to team

8. Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork

9. Stay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide accurate advice and recommendations.

10. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes & improve customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant, with a leadership role.

2. Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.

3. Strong leadership & coaching skills with the ability to motivate & inspire team members.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Must be graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
