Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate work orders to Technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure accurate clock-in/clock-out on individual work operations.
  • Liaise with Service Advisors to clarify customer concerns and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Mentor, guide, and support Technicians in technical and procedural matters.
  • Ensure repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and correct tools are used appropriately.
  • Conduct inspections, road tests, or technical assessments to address customer concerns.
  • Verify work quality and sign off QC checks where applicable.
  • Identify repeat repairs and ensure rapid resolution.
  • Report quality issues, tooling needs, and resource requirements to the Workshop Manager.
  • Promote customer property protection, staff safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, defects identified, and lost time.
  • Support Service Advisors in diagnostics or vehicle handovers when required.
  • Perform additional duties as requested to support workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
