Team Leader

Job Description: We are urgently hiring a Team Leader for our outdoor play area. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service for both kids and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily play area operations

• Ensure children’s safety and enforce safety rules

• Handle customer queries and support parents

• Supervise attendants and manage crowd flow

• Maintain cleanliness and play area standards

• Report issues and coordinate with management

Requirements:

• Experience in play areas (preferred)

• Strong customer service background

• Knowledge of child safety and basic first aid (preferred)

• Responsible, active, and able to multitask

• Immediate joiners preferred
