Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the real estate field. The ideal candidate must have very good English language skills and strong leadership abilities to manage sales teams, achieve targets, and grow the company’s real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for real estate projects.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Manage property listings and ensure accurate market positioning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property owners.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses.

Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
