Team Leader Academic

We are hiring a Team Leader – Academic for our reputed institute. The role requires a dynamic and responsible professional who can lead, guide, and support the academic team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide academic staff, including teachers and coordinators.
• Ensure smooth execution of classes, study plans, and schedules.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support as needed.
• Maintain discipline, quality standards, and academic performance.
• Coordinate with management for curriculum planning and improvements.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• Prior experience in academics/teaching/educational coordination is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate both team and students.
