Team Leader- Alumni Data Collection & Reporting

India

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for alumni data collection and enrichment.
  • Set and track team KPIs to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality of data collected.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and improve productivity.
  • Manage daily operations including dialer system usage, CRM updates, and reporting workflows. Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts). Analyze alumni data to generate actionable insights for client reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Client Success, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and client-ready.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and team performance.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (Business, Analytics, IT, or related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in team management, data operations, or reporting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and client-driven priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
