Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for alumni data collection and enrichment.
- Set and track team KPIs to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality of data collected.
- Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and improve productivity.
- Manage daily operations including dialer system usage, CRM updates, and reporting workflows. Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts). Analyze alumni data to generate actionable insights for client reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Client Success, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and client-ready.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and team performance.
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (Business, Analytics, IT, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in team management, data operations, or reporting.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and client-driven priorities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
