Team Leader (Business Setup)

Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for sales and an in-depth understanding of corporate services in Dubai? Devotion Corporate Services is looking for a Team Leader to manage our high-performing Sales and PRO (Public Relations Officer) team.

What you'll do:

-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals and PROs to exceed targets.

-Drive sales strategies and grow our client base in the competitive Dubai market.

-Oversee all PRO services, ensuring seamless company formation, visa processing, and government approvals.

-Be the go-to expert on all local laws, regulations, and government portals (DED, Amer, Tasheel, etc.).

What we're looking for:

-5-6 years of proven experience in a leadership role, managing a sales and PRO team.

-Experience in a document clearing company or corporate service provider

-Exceptional knowledge of the UAE's business setup environment, including government portals, legal frameworks, and compliance requirements.

-A natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-A strategic thinker who can drive both team performance and business growth.
