Team Leader Door to Door SME

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of individual and team targets for acquisition targets in consumer segment.
  • Responsible for preparing route plan for team members and ensuring team’s compliance to the plan.
  • Increasing revenue by up-selling additional bundle & plans.
  • Ensuring Stock Availability
  • Closing deals and maintaining dealer relationships
  • Promoting new products and services through dealers’ outlets
  • Achieving sales targets that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Coordination with other departments as necessary to facilitate dealer satisfaction.
  • Keeping the sales force engaged and motivated to get the best results.
  • Expanding the reach
  • Ensuring Compliance – RRMC & TDRA

Qualifications

  • Pre-University (+2) or above

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar field

Skills

  • Excellent selling/cross-selling/up-selling skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • High standard of Telecommunication Products & Service knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
