Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Location: Hyundai Dealership, Jharsuguda & Sambalpur, Odisha
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of Sales Consultants to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assist team members in closing high-value or complex deals.
- Monitor daily activities, lead follow-ups, and enquiry handling.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation, vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments like Finance, Insurance, and Delivery for seamless operations.
- Track and improve enquiry conversion ratio.
- Provide product knowledge and sales process training to new sales staff.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to the Sales Manager.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales as a Team Leader.
- Must possess a valid Driving License (both two-wheeler & four wheeler mandatory)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and DMS/CRM software.
- Only need from Auto Mobile Experience.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per dealership policy up-to 15-20 K
