We are looking for a dynamic and experienced female Team Leader to join our growing Immigration Services team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the immigration industry (visa filing, counseling, or related areas)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Leadership qualities – able to guide, motivate, and manage a team
• Must be a quick learner with a proactive mindset
• Immediate joiner preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales or counseling team
• Ensure daily targets and goals are met
• Provide training and support to team members
• Handle client escalations and guide them with correct immigration procedures
• Coordinate with management on strategy and reporting
