About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Insurance Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. You will play a key role in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure the team delivers high-quality client service.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales plans and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 1 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
