Purpose of Position
- To provide direction, instruction, and guidance to a group, ensuring they achieve specific organizational goals while fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work culture.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and workload distribution.
- Ensure the team contributes effectively to achieving the annual revenue target.
- Monitor and follow up on monthly revenue performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive revenue-related initiatives.
- Prepare monthly performance updates and revenue reports for management review.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and performance expectations.
- Ensure all operational processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and take corrective action where needed.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when required.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle escalated inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and support team development plans.
- Coach team members to enhance skills, quality, and productivity.
- Assistance in preparation of quotations / proposals / tenders related to civil engineering activities
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s in civil engineering- 09 Years’ experience
