Responsibilities

• Manpower planning against the shipment planned for the day.
• Based on validation of packing list against the received units, confirm the shipment in SIOCS application.
• Monitor the discrepancy and damage units report and effectively coordinate with supply chain.
• Monitor order flow timelines to ensure on-time shipment handover to LM.
• Monitor staff packing performance (target vs actual).
• Periodic refresher training for all to ensure all processes are well versed by packers.
• On-time customer care updates in case of any product discrepancy in order fulfillment.
• Packing quality improvement to ensure no damaged products are packed while handling over to last mile.
• Coordinate with IT or respective team regarding any development or issues pertaining to packing.
• Weekly reporting and analysis of damage send and packing related customer complaints.
• Execute tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures of the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in E-Commerce or Logistics, preferably both.
• The role requires leading around 25 staff including internal and external teams.
• E-commerce/Logistics experience is mandatory; English is required and Arabic is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, MS) is essential, with strong Excel skills.
